Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of morphforge3d.com and related MorphForge3D services. By using the Site, creating an account, posting a comment, downloading a model, or using a tool, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity conducted through it. Google sign-in provides a MorphForge3D account; membership and paid-model access are added only after the Site verifies the applicable membership or matches the verified Google email to a completed shop order.

Patreon membership, the applicable subscription tier, a model page, a purchase page, or a separate written licence determines what content you may access and how you may use it. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, enforce these Terms, or address suspected abuse.

Models and licences

Models, images, text, branding, and other Site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless a specific model page or written licence states otherwise, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use downloaded files for lawful personal use.

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share publicly, upload to another platform, or make digital model files or derivative digital files available to others.
• You may not use models commercially, sell physical prints, or use them in a business unless the applicable model licence or your active Commercial membership expressly permits it.
• You must not remove attribution, licence notices, or technical protection measures.

An active Commercial membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to manufacture and sell physical 3D-printed items made from eligible MorphForge3D models. This licence does not permit the sale, sharing, redistribution, sublicensing, uploading, or transfer of any digital model file or derivative digital file.

The commercial licence remains valid only while the Commercial membership is active. Following cancellation or expiry, the member must, within 7 days, stop new production, remove active sales listings, and cease marketing themselves as an authorized MorphForge3D commercial licensee. Orders placed before cancellation may be completed during this 7-day wind-down period. A specific model page or written licence may exclude commercial use or set different terms.

MorphForge3D grants only the rights it owns or controls in its original model files. No right, licence, or endorsement is granted in any third-party name, character, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property that may be depicted, referenced, or associated with a model. Members are responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable law and any third-party rights.

User content and tools

You retain ownership of content you submit to tools such as ImageForge and content you post in model comments. For public comments and images, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Site. For private tool submissions, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the requested service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload submitted content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, confidential, or privacy-violating content.

We may hide or remove comments and images, or restrict commenting access, when content violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or disrupts the community. You may delete your own published comments through the model page.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the Site, bypass access controls, scrape or automate access in a harmful manner, attempt to obtain files or accounts without authorization, submit malware, or use the Site in violation of law or the rights of others.

Third-party services

The Site may link to or use services provided by Google, Patreon, MakerWorld, PayPal, Discord, Cloudflare, and others. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability of any model for a particular printer, material, use, or result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorphForge3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or models.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions: morphforge3d@morphforge3d.com.
