Privacy Policy

MorphForge3D (“MorphForge3D”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates morphforge3d.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit the Site, create an account, sign in, download models, or use our tools.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s unique identifier, name, email address, profile image URL, and email-verification status. We use this information only to create and maintain your MorphForge3D account. We do not receive or store your Google password, Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google account content.

To build your model library, we compare your verified Google email with the billing email on completed MorphForge3D shop orders. We use the match to show purchased models and authorize downloads. An order placed with a different email is not automatically attached to your Google account.

When you connect Patreon, we receive information necessary to verify your membership and model entitlement, including your Patreon account identifier, profile details, membership status, tier, and OAuth tokens. Patreon tokens are stored only in a server-side session and are used to verify access to protected content.

When you use the Site, we may collect limited technical and usage information, such as an anonymous visitor identifier, pages viewed, search terms limited to the Site’s model catalogue, referral information, login events, download events, browser or device information, and IP-address-derived operational data processed by our hosting providers.

If you use ImageForge or another upload-based tool, we process the images, settings, and generated files you submit to provide the requested tool functionality.

If you post a model comment, we store the comment text, uploaded images, posting time, and the Google account identifier linked to the post. Your Google display name and profile image are shown publicly with the comment. Your Google email address is not shown with the comment.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Site, accounts, downloads, and tools.
• Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
• Verify Patreon membership and enforce model-access and licence rules.
• Match completed shop purchases to a verified account and provide its model library.
• Maintain download history, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and measure aggregate Site performance.
• Display, secure, and moderate model-page comments and images.
• Respond to support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising, advertising profiling, or training general-purpose AI models.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to operate the Site, including with Google for Google sign-in; Patreon for membership verification and account linking; Cloudflare for hosting, Workers, databases, session storage, object storage, security, and analytics infrastructure; WooCommerce and the connected payment provider for shop orders and downloads; and PayPal if you choose a separately offered PayPal purchase option. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Storage and retention

We retain account and membership records while your account or membership relationship remains relevant to the services we provide. Server-side sessions are retained for a limited period. We retain operational and security records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

Published comments and their images remain public until you delete them or we remove them. Deleting a comment removes it from public view and schedules its associated images for deletion; limited residual copies may remain temporarily in caches or backups.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting morphforge3d@morphforge3d.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to maintain secure sign-in sessions and protect against cross-site request forgery. We may use analytics technologies to understand aggregate Site usage. You can control many cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other Site features from working.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for such processing.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
