Membership model access, clearly explained
The exact models in your library depend on when each paid subscription began and which models were released during your active periods.
The short version
- • Joined on or after October 1: models from the 30 days before joining, plus releases made while your membership remains active.
- • Joined before October 1: models from the 60 days before joining, plus releases made while your paid membership was active.
- • Once unlocked, a model stays in your history and becomes downloadable again whenever you have an active paid membership.
- • Purchased a model separately: that model remains downloadable even without an active membership.
One library, three distinct roles
Accounts, memberships, and purchases
MorphForge3D brings your access together in one library, but each service has a different job.
1 · Site account
Sign in with Google
Google creates your MorphForge3D account. It identifies your library, individual purchases, comments, and tool activity. MorphForge3D never receives your Google password.
2 · Subscription
Join and pay on Patreon
Patreon handles membership checkout, renewal, cancellation, and billing. Link that Patreon account to MorphForge3D so the site can verify your tier and eligible releases.
3 · One-time purchase
Buy individual models in the shop
The secure MorphForge3D shop processes individual orders separately from Patreon. Use the same email as your Google account so completed purchases appear in My Library automatically.
New members
Joined on or after October 1
Your library includes models released during the 30 days before your membership started and models released while your paid membership remains active.
Older models outside that window may be available for individual purchase.
Existing members
Joined before October 1
Your first paid period unlocks models from the 60 days before joining, plus every release during that period.
If you rejoin later, previous unlocks remain in your history. A new period starting on or after October 1 uses the 30-day lookback.
Former legacy members
Joined before October 1, then ended membership
Your unlock history includes models released during the 60 days before your original join date and models released while that membership was active.
An active paid membership is required to download those subscription-unlocked models after you rejoin.
What happens to unlocked models?
- While active
- Download membership-unlocked models and receive their future updates.
- After cancellation
- Your unlock history is retained, but subscription download links and updates pause.
- After rejoining
- Previously unlocked models become downloadable again while your paid membership is active.
- Individual purchase
- A separately purchased model remains downloadable whether or not your membership is active.
Personal and Commercial tiers
Both paid tiers receive the same 6+ new 3MF releases each month and follow the same model-access dates. Personal and Commercial differ in usage rights and tool limits—not in the membership lookback window. Commercial licensing applies only while the Commercial membership is active, subject to the model-specific licence and the Terms of Service.
Tools, billing, and downloads
- • Most MorphForge3D online tools require an active paid membership unless marked free.
- • Patreon currently manages membership checkout, renewal, cancellation, and billing.
- • Connect the Patreon account holding your membership to your MorphForge3D account to view eligible downloads.
